We pride ourselves on being independent, professional and a personable service understanding that whilst a house is being built a home is being created.

We work closely with those building the properties to ensure that they are being built in accordance with Building Regulation Drawings and those of consultants such as structural engineers. By carrying out typically 14 inspections on a new build we are able to identify any issues at an early stage and work with contractors to ensure these are put right before continuing to the next stage of the build.

We currently
operate across:

  • North Cambridgeshire
  • South Lincolnshire
  • West Norfolk
  • North Norfolk
Always professional, the guys have a keen eye so we feel reassured that everything is on track and to the required standards. On the odd occasion there are issues, I have always found the team supportive.
